Hello Lovely People :) 

We are thrilled to announce we have some brill workshops on at The Emporium this week- so keep your kiddiwinks busy by bringing them along to make some crafty creations! 

The first one kicks off tomorrow (Wednesday) where you can:

~ Make a dragonfly (for up to 7 yr olds) @ 11am and 12 noon.

 Followed by: 

~ Canal art like Rosie & Jim (for up to 10 yr olds) @ 2pm and 3pm.... 

Just turn up and join in!

Celebrity Gold Party!

Exciting news! 

On Sunday 17th February from 2pm - 5pm (and as part of the Moonraker Festival) 

The Emporium will be welcoming into our shop.... 

Tim Hogarth from Dickinson's Real Deal and Secret Dealers

 and Antiques Expert Steven Edwards!

 Bring along any unwanted/broken gold (and silver) items and Tim will pay cash ON THE SPOT!!! The prices are fantastic!!!

 

Also bring along any antiques and Steven will value, you might be worth a fortune!

We are super excited- it should be a great day!

 

Slaithwaite Moonraking Festival!

We are super duper excited for The Slaithwaite Moonraking festival.

It is a lovely tradition that sees everyone in the village coming out to celebrate with lanterns and music and general loveliness :)

 

We shall be a part of the Handmade Trail on the 23rd where we will be opening the shop up for mini workshops for crafty creatives from 2- 5pm.
It shall be a super duper fun day all around Slaithwaite and I am sure we will be taking some time off from behind the till to learn a new craft or two ourselves!
But we will also be open all week for quirky handmade and vintage gifts and keepsakes- so pop by and say hello!
